^I know I know, but its not addicting if you treat as a once in a lifetime investment, just like average middle-class people do when they go for plastic surgery.
In my case, i think I'd do a thorough research both about the procedure and about the place Imma gonna get it done as well as the doc thats gonna be performing the surgery on me. I mean there's always a risk involved when you're going under the knife so all u have to do is minimize it as much as possible and hope everything goes well. Besides, why not look at the success stories and build on rewarding results like looking and feeling good. Of course, all the while not going over the top but then again, that wont be a problem for middle-class people like me.
