he puts his name with the song..creates a big stir....or atleast try to...and if he gets the rights to it (which sounds not so happening) he gets the song for his album...and if he dont...den well he walks away with his name all over...and wen his album (if so) gets released...ppl wanna chk him out

all in all...as i said...he is simpy trying to ride the road to fame on the back of Roxen..

i do think it is wrong to take due credit off someone...so if indeed it wwas omar's work...(which obv at that time wud hav been for roxen) then roxen shud acredit it..though dey can very much use it...

Omar has uploaded the complete track proves him right that this song is his property. If it is Roxen's track and newly composed or recorded then how the hell Omar got the whole song LOL. itni simple baat kuch logon ki samjh main nahi aa rahi.

just bcos roxen is popular does not mean that they have the god damn given right to steal / copy others work. if song is indeed omer's property then roxen should have taken his permission to use the song. omer being an unknown artist should not be penalized that way. if roxen are that good then they should come up with their own original numbers. copying others work is not something they should be proud of.

the song of omer nadeem was onaired on fm103 on 11th may 2008 and 12th may 2008 respectively. BHAIYO AUR BEHNO OMER PAGAL NAHI HAI K ITNAY BARAY BAND K SAATH BAGAIR WAJA K KOI PANGA LE GA!.... THIS SONG IS ORIGINALLY COMPOSED BY OMER NADEEM HE IS THE "SOLE OWNER" OF THE SONG

as far as i know, this band manager faisal khan is new for the band... he joined roxen after their first album whereas omer nadeem was basically the back bone of roxen without whom roxen couldn't be able to compose songs like
sapnay, chalte rahay, to phir aao jag chor dia etc... and as far as omer's drumming is concerned. i've seen him playing live drums for roxen in many of their starting concerts.... mann his drumming was out of this world, he was soo energetic!!

dil ka diya is originally composed and written by omer nadeem back in 2003 when Roxen was not even formed. due to his age factor and his studies and his financial position he couldn't release his songs.
im his friend's cousin and i know about this song from the beginning

well.... i can do nothing for omer alaas!!!... but i really hate roxen for this!!!!
i know he was so happy that atlast he was going to record and release one of his more than 40 songs that he have wrote and composed in the last 7 years FOR HIMSELF "NOT FOR ROXEN"... MashAllah hes 100 times more talented than roxen. he composed and gave 5 songs to roxen for their first album as a friend thats why he didn't even claim for those 5 songs in the past 3 years.
now roxen is stealing his own personal songs that he have composed for himself! he was so upset after getting this shocking news!

jis jis k leye Omer ne kaam kiya wo sab aasman pe pohanch gaye lekin khud waheen ka waheen hai.... just b'coz he's such a simple, bhola and nice person. what else to mention....
mujhe bohat ziadah hadh tak yakeen hai k roxen "dil ka diya" k ilawa Omer k aur bhi songs chori kar raha hai.
and ofcourse roxen is a well established band now and they have more than 100 times resources than Omer have, and they will use their resources against Omer.

i spoke to mustafa about this yesterday. he hates me already so i couldn't get a straight answer out of him.. but as far as i know, omar haleem said (two days ago) that he wrote the song. yesterday mustafa said that he (mustafa) wrote the song alongside haider and haider's mother. omar, when asked again, said that 'band tau ikhatay hee likhta hai'.. quite the confused these boys are :]

If what you wrote is true then a sane person can easily tell that Mustafa and co. are big liars. Roxen stole the song end of story.

I just visited Roxen's forum and they have deleted all the threads and banned members who were saying Roxen has copied the track. This is another proof that Roxen is trying to hide this issue

i guess...end of the day...the media and public will pass the judgement on this one!
