i can try translating it...but i belive i will miss out some things...and if i make any mistake please excuse me..and if anyone notices a mistake please do let me know...because im going to take guesses for words that i dont know what they mean...and im going to make their translation by using the context of the word...im going to do it line by line according the lyrics posted above....

tears fall like diamonds (maybe pearls) im going crazy in your memories my crazy heart is crying
i think a lot about you in my heart, but you went far away
my heart keeps saying your my love

(i think he is praying to God in the next 2 lines)
change the ways of life (not so sure about this one)

days dont go by and the dark nights sting me

so this was the best i could do...hopefully it helps...ive probably made a few mistakes...so if someone notices them plz do let me know so i can fix them...because im not so good with punjabi...i can understand it...but i cant speak it...when ever i speak to people who speak punjabi with me...i speak in urdu...and the reply in punjabi....cuz i can only understand but not speak...
