I don't think Razzaq is match fit. He has not played even 50 overs cricket since 2 yrs, how can he keep up his energy for a 5 day cricket? Its better to play Malik/Fawad instead of him.

But it will probably be.

With this team we only have Gul and Ajmal who can take wickets. But if we play Gul, Aamir we have 2 players who can potentially run through a side. How are the wickets in Sri Lanka?

Kaneria has struggled big time recently...and plus he has struggled all his life against lefties...and SL is filled with lefties...so it would be a much wiser option to play Saeed Ajmal over Kaneria...its jus common sense

Razzaq is clearly struggling...so I would definetly play Fawad who is in much better form with the bat over Razzaq. Having Razzaq as ur 3rd fast bowling option is very useless.

But gauranteed...at the end of day...its gonna be poor Fawad Alam who is gonna have to sit out for either Razzaq or Rauf. Mark my words.

This will be the line up most probably...but I would prefer Fawad over Razzaq and play a specialist fast bowler instead of Kaneria.

If we play Razzaq we will have 4 pacers and I don't think we need him then when we have already 3 pacers..also Fawad Alam looks like a good part time spinner..better than Malik in Test matches..so why not try him as the 5 th bowler? He has an economy of 2,90 in First Class cricket so he must be good enough for Tests..
