Bomb threat in Islamabad Hotel; search on for bomb
ISLAMABAD: A private hotel here in Melody was evacuated after a threat of bomb here on Sunday.

According to Geo News, the administration of Islamabad Hotel – previously named as Holiday Inn – received the threat of bomb through a phone call by an unknown person.

Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the hotel while the bomb disposal squad started search for explosives.

The parking lot of the hotel has also been cleared.

Bomb threat in Islamabad hotel proved hoax

ISLAMABAD: The threat of presence of a bomb in a private hotel in Islamabad was found out to be a hoax after the bomb disposal squad cleared the building.

According to Geo News, the administration of Islamabad Hotel (previously Holiday Inn) received the threat of bomb through a phone call by an unknown person.

Law enforcement agencies had cordoned off the hotel while the bomb disposal squad started search for explosives.

The parking lot of the hotel had also been cleared.

However, after thorough search the bomb disposal squad cleared the hotel.
